1. How long does delivery take?

Karachi: 2–3 working days
Outside Karachi: 7 working days (advance payment only)

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is available only in Karachi.
All other cities require advance payment.

3. Are your perfumes long-lasting?

Yes! Our fragrances are carefully made to stay fresh and noticeable for hours, especially on clothes.

4. Are your bottles refillable?

At the moment, our bottles are not refillable — but they are collectible and super cute! ✨

5. What if my parcel arrives damaged?

No worries! Send us a clear picture or video within 24 hours, and we’ll help you right away.

6. Do you ship across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide.

7. Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, but only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately.
