At Confetti, each item is packed with love and care. Since our products include fragrances and handcrafted items, we follow a strict hygiene and quality standard.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

However, we happily assist you if:

🔥 You received the wrong item

🔥 Your item arrived damaged or leaked

🔥 Your parcel is missing something

In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A clear picture or video of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.

Important Note:

• Used products cannot be returned.

• Refunds are only issued if the product is out of stock or if we cannot fulfil your order.
